We had our barn constructed with it in mind that it could be used for our goats or for a horse if we added one. The 12 x 12 stalls are dirt floor with six inches of white sand to allow for neccessary drainage for the health of our animals. The tack/feed room, undercover open area and apron are all six inch concrete for ease of sanitation. The rough concrete also helps with hoof care!
